Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an industrialist and scholar. He created Social Discovery Group, an cross-border web-based company with primary location in Malta, and partially owns Dating Group.

In 2016, he launched the SDG Arts & Science Foundation.

He possesses a PhD in philosophy and helped establish the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Scholarly Department of Moscow State University.
